Eager Birds is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions made using your payment credentials. By using our services, you accept full responsibility for all charges made through your account and waive any right to dispute payments once they have been processed successfully.
Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to unauthorized use of payment methods or refusal to honor payment obligations, will lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Payment Processing
Eager Birds may use third-party electronic payment processors or financial institutions (“Payment Partners”) to securely process all financial transactions made through our website.
By making a payment on our platform, you give Eager Birds full authorization to instruct these Payment Partners to process transactions on your behalf in accordance with your payment requests submitted via the website.
While using any payment facility offered on our Site, you acknowledge and agree that Eager Birds will not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or failure in transaction processing due to:
1.Lack of authorization for the transaction by you or the cardholder,
2.Technical errors or disruptions with the payment gateway,
3.Decline or rejection of the transaction for any reason by the Payment Partner or bank.
You also understand and agree that the payment processing services we provide are not considered banking or financial services, and Eager Birds merely facilitates payments through authorized service providers.

Message and data charges may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Typically, users can expect to receive 2 to 4 messages weekly, depending on their interaction with our platform and course schedule. For help, reply “HELP” to any message or email our support team.
No Warranties or Guarantees

We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or accuracy of the website, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. Eager Birds shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or unavailability of services that result from events beyond its control. This includes—but is not limited to—natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, technical malfunctions, equipment breakdowns, labor strikes, civil unrest, legal rulings, and actions by government authorities, whether domestic or international.

CLASS SCHEDULING POLICY
At Eager Birds, we are committed to providing a flexible and enriching learning experience for every student. For learners enrolled in subscription or installment (monthly payment) plans, the frequency of weekly sessions will be aligned with the payment plan to ensure that the number of classes consumed corresponds with the amount paid.
If parents wish to increase the number of classes per week after enrollment, they may either upgrade their subscription plan or choose to make full payment for the course. Our team is always available to help you modify your plan to better suit your child’s learning pace.
CLASS CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs while maintaining a high-quality learning experience:
1.Early Consistency is Key: To help your child build a strong foundation, we recommend regular attendance during the first 10 sessions of each course.
2.Unlimited Rescheduling: Students can cancel or reschedule any class before its scheduled start time using the LMS. There is no limit on the number of times a session can be rescheduled, provided changes are made in advance.
3.No Show Policy: If a student misses a class without cancelling in advance, the session will be marked as completed and cannot be rescheduled or compensated.
4.Automatic Course Extension: Any class cancelled ahead of time via the LMS will automatically be added to the end of the course, ensuring that your child receives the full value of the program.
5.Respecting Educators’ Time: We encourage students to avoid last-minute no-shows to help our teachers plan and use their time effectively. Missed topics will be covered as much as possible in the upcoming sessions.
6.One-on-One Class Rescheduling: Rescheduling for individual sessions can be done through the LMS, based on the availability of the assigned teacher. Parents and students can view and select open time slots accordingly.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Eager Birds, we believe in flexibility, transparency, and building trust with every parent and student. That’s why we offer a crystal-clear, no-questions-asked refund policy designed to give you peace of mind.
1. Subscription and Installment Plans
•For students enrolled through monthly subscription or installment plans, no refunds are applicable.
•These plans are created to provide affordability and flexibility and are considered non-refundable.
2. One-Time Payment Plans
•If you’ve opted for a one-time full payment, you are eligible for a prorated refund anytime within 6 months from the date of enrollment.
•There are no hidden fees or nominal charges—just a simple and fair prorated refund based on the number of unused classes.
•No questions asked. No hassle.
3. Course Validity
•All Eager Birds courses are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, giving you the flexibility to pause and resume learning at your convenience.
4. Robotics Kits (If Applicable)
•Any kits purchased from third-party sellers are subject to the return and warranty policies of those respective sellers.
5. Refund Process
•Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.
•Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
